The Investment Projects Implementation Group of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (IPIG) seeks the following specialists:
1. Road safety engineer (CRP);
2. Office manager / translator (CRP).
The main task of the specialists shall be to contribute to the proper functioning and monitoring of timely achievement of the tasks in their area in course of implementation of CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project and other ADB projects being implemented by IPIG, under the supervision of the IPIG Director.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic has selected a contractor for road construction and rehabilitation works under the CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project - Section Epkin - Dyikan (Bashkuugandy) (km 89.5 - km 159.2), Contract - CAREC/C1&3/ICB/CW3.

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (Consulting services) Kyrgyz Republic: CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project (CRP) (Loan 3432/Grant 0496) Position Title: Road Safety Engineer (CRP), Office Manager/Secretary (CRP)

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (Client) hereby requests to submit price quotation/(s) for the performance of services for website development of the Project Implementation Unit, № CAREC 1&3/CRP/веб-сайт/2022, more detailed in the Scope of Services attached as Appendix A to the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - SERVICES (RFQS).

The Ministry of transport and communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (Client) hereby requests to submit price quotation/(s) for the performance of Services for carrying out PR-campaign in support of MOTC KR reforms, № CAREC 1&3/CRP/PR-company MOTC/2022, more detailed described in the Scope of Services attached as Appendix A to the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - SERVICES (RFQS).

The MOTC now invites eligible Individual Consultants (Consultants) to express their interest in providing the Services. Consultants are expected to provide information proving the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

MOTC will engage an International Road Safety Capacity Development Consultant (IRSCDC) for sub-output 1 and a team of international and national consultants (Team B) for sub-outputs 2 and 3 combined.
