• Date of approval of the Technical Proposals Evaluation: November 28, 2022
• Date of opening of Financial Proposals: November 29, 2022 04.00 pm (Bishkek time)
• 2-month extension of proposals validity was requested i.e. from December 27, 2022 to February 27, 2023 (MOTC`s letter dated December 7, 2022). ADB`s no objection for extension was received December 6, 2022.

 

The CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project – Additional financing, provides for the development of RAMS Phase 2 - Institutionalization of RAMS in MOTC’s Business Process (hereinafter RAMS Phase 2), which is critical to ensure sustainable monitoring and management of the maintenance and development of the road network in the Kyrgyz Republic.
