The main task of the specialist shall be to contribute to the proper functioning and monitoring of timely achievement of the tasks in their area in course of implementation of CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project and other ADB projects being implemented by PIU, under the supervision of the PIU Head.

The CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project – Additional financing, provides for the development of RAMS Phase 2 - Institutionalization of RAMS in MOTC’s Business Process (hereinafter RAMS Phase 2), which is critical to ensure sustainable monitoring and management of the maintenance and development of the road network in the Kyrgyz Republic.

CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project – Additional Financing aims to help the Kyrgyz Republic in the implementation of the national road safety strategy and offers opportunities to demonstrate safety technologies for potential future use on the state road network. The CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project – Additional Financing includes a road safety component.
