The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has applied for a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan CAREC Corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project, Phase IV, Section km 8.5-km 15.9 for the consulting services for Construction Supervision and supervision of PBMC, section km 61 - km 129.5.
