The Government of Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Transport and Roads (MOTR) of the Kyrgyz Republic has requested the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for a project preparatory technical assistance (PPTA) to identify, formulate, and prepare a project associated with a proposed Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road. Consulting company, Kocks Consult GmbH, prepared the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan (LARP) for the CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road project sections as part of the project preparation assistance provided by ADB to MOTR of KR. The document covers three road sections, they are: Epkin-Bashkugandy (Km 89-Km 159), Bashkugandy-Kizil Djizil (Km 159-Km 183, Aral-Too-Ashuu (Km 195-Km 286).
