The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of the Central Asia Regional Corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project Phase 4 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services ("the Services") include:
Carrying out procurement in implementation of the Central Asia Regional Corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project Phase 4.
Investment Projects Implementation Group of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 1.10 and 1.13 of the Guidelines on The Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers March 2013, setting forth the Asian Development Bank's policy on conflict of interest and eligibility.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 hours.
Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by fax, or by e-mail) before 17:00h May 4, 2016 (local time).
