Investment Projects Implementation Group (IPIG) announces bids for Supply and Installation of Application Software for Road Accident Data Management System (RADMS).

Implementation of RADMS is provided as part of project component «Institutional development and preparation of a prioritized action plan to improve road safety", financed by IDA World Bank and implemented by Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Key objective of the assignment is customization and implementation of an off-the-shelf web-based, GIS-enabled Road Accident Data Management System (RADMS) for the Kyrgyz Republic, including its integration, training and technical support.
RADMS will be physically located in Road Patrol Service of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic; however it is supposed that all the stakeholder ministries and agencies will have the access to the data.
