INVITATION FOR BID. CAREC Transport corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project, Phase 4.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of CAREC Transport corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project, Phase 4. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic ("The Employer") invites sealed bids from prequalified eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of "Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Corridor-3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Bishkek - Kara-Balta Section (km 15,9 - km 61)" ("The Works").
International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
