Bidders for the Performance Based Maintenance Contract: Bishkek- Osh Road: Section Kara-Balta – Suusamyr, km 61-129

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of CAREC Transport Corridor 3 (Bishkek-Osh Road) Improvement Project, Phase 4. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic ("the Employer") invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Performance Based Maintenance Contract: Bishkek- Osh Road: Section Kara-Balta - Suusamyr, km 61-129 for three years ("the Works").

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.

Deadline for submission of bids: February 12, 2016 at 14-00 (local time)
