Assignment Title:

1. 1. International External Resettlement Monitoring Consultant;

The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of the Issyk-Kul Ring Road Improvement Project (Barskoon-Karakol Section, 75.2 km), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic intends to select individual international and national consultants to support the implementation of the above project. The following specialists and experts will be engaged:  

1. International individual consultant on external monitoring of resettlement issues;

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites eligible individual Consultants (Consultants) to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information proving the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The Terms of Reference are available at www.motcpiu.kg, www.zakupki.gov.kg.

Consultants will be selected in accordance with the ADB Procurement Policy and the ADB Procurement Regulations for Borrowers (2017).

Consultants will be selected according to the Individual Consultant Qualification method set out in the ADB`s Guidelines on Use of Consultants. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00.

Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services as per Terms of Reference through the ADB CMS system, or delivered (in person, or by fax, or by e-mail) to the address below indicating the above mentioned vacancy title before 18:00 (local time) and through the ADB CMS system until 21:59 (Manila time) October 24,  2025.
