  1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the CAREC Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation, Hand-Over and Training on Equipment for Collecting Paved Roads Data and Vehicle (the “Goods”).
  2. The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (MoTC KR) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of the following Goods:

Time of delivery – up to 5 months. The Supplier shall be required to provide Related Services for the supplied Goods, such as Training, Calibration and Validation.

  1. International Competitive Bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage-One-Envelope bidding process procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

  1. The Bidding Document in English may be obtained for free by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address provided in para. 4, in PDF and Word format. If there are any discrepancies in the text, the PDF version will prevail. The document will be picked up from the MoTC’s office or sent via e-mail.
  2. Bids must be delivered to the address specified on or before 6 November 2025 at 14:00 hours (local time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will likewise be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at 14:00 hours on the same date.
  3. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration as per form provided in the Bidding Document.
  4. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful Bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the Bidding Document.
