Background

• Shortlisting date: 2 October 2024.
• Shortlisted companies:

 

• RFP release date: October 9, 2024.
• Original proposals submission deadline: November 25, 2024.
• Extension period for the proposals submission deadline: 7 days.
• Extended proposals submission deadline: December 2, 2024
• Technical evaluation approval date: April 19, 2025
• Financial proposal opening: April 23, 2025.
• Extension of the validity period of the proposals was requested for two months, i.e. from April 1, 2025 to June 1, 2025 (letter of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 25, 2025) ADB approval for the extension was received on March 18, 2022.

 

By the deadline, bids were received from the following companies:
