Invitation for Prequalification

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic invites interested companies to participate in the prequalification process for the “Reconstruction of the Tyup–Karakol Road” under the Issyk-Kul Ring Road Improvement Project, financed by the EBRD.

The procurement will be carried out through an open tender, single-stage procedure with prequalification via the ECEPP portal. Companies from all countries are invited to participate.

Submission deadline: 11 May 2026, 14:00.
